Profileograph Floor Flatness Surveys

The Profileograph is an industrial fork lift simulator that travels across the floor surface on a defined path and measures local differences in the level of the floors surface.

The data is collected in such a way that allows us to analyse it against many worldwide flatness specifications.

Our profileograph is extremely accurate measuring to an accuracy of 0.1mm. It’s very fast and data is displayed in real time so client feedback can be instant giving the client confirmation of the quality of floor for the VNA application.

The profileograh only provides the data and it’s our consultants integration with the client and MHE supplier that is so critical. We can work with all parties to ensure the successful path to a working operation is achieved with minimal cost and disruption.
